You will operate at the intersection of engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and program delivery to drive secure, compliant, and high-velocity releases across complex environments., * Architect, manage, and optimize release management lifecycles across development, testing, staging, and production environments. * Establish and enforce release governance frameworks including change control, versioning, rollback strategies, and audit traceability. * Integrate release processes with CI/CD pipelines using DevOps toolchains such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. * Ensure releases comply with federal security standards including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and VA security controls. * Coordinate across engineering, QA, product, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders to maintain release alignment. * Maintain release calendars, deployment schedules, and risk registers. * Lead go/no-go release decisions based on readiness criteria and risk assessments., Keeping people satisfied is no small undertaking.
