* Gestaltung, Strukturierung und Umsetzung der Transformation eines Dateninfrastruktur-Teams zum Produktteam
 * Begleitung von Teams im Arbeitsalltag sowie Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsweisen und Prozessen
 * Einführung und nachhaltige Verankerung neuer Arbeitsweisen
 * Förderung der Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern aus Produktion, Projekten und Organisationseinheiten
 * Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops, Abstimmungen und Kommunikationsformaten
 * Messung, Kommunikation und nachhaltige Absicherung des Transformationserfolgs
