The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies, leadership of enterprise AI programs, stakeholder management, and collaboration across engineering, operations, and product teams. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while mentoring teams and supporting the organization's global AI4OPS strategy. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role: GenAI Solution Development * Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. * Lead implementation of AI use cases leveraging RAG, Prompt Engineering, Open-Source LLMs, LangChain, and related frameworks. * Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI deployments. Project Leadership * Drive AI programs and initiatives across EMEA regions. * Lead AI adoption initiatives within operational business areas, including Corporate Trust. * Balance local business requirements while enabling global scalability and standardization.
