Desirable. * Experience with ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, or optimisation projects. * Knowledge of database concepts, APIs, integrations, or middleware. * Understanding of ITIL principles, service desk processes, change management, and incident management. * Experience working with external ERP vendors, consultants, or managed service providers. Personal Attributes: * Customer-focused, approachable, and patient when supporting users. * Analytical and methodical, with a structured approach to problem-solving. * Proactive in identifying improvements and preventing recurring issues. * Comfortable working with both technical detail and business process requirements. * Organised, dependable, and able to follow issues through to completion. * The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education / Qualifications: * Degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. * Relevant ERP, database, reporting, Microsoft, ITIL, or vendor certifications would be beneficial but are not essential. ## Description The ERP Support Analyst will provide functional and technical support for the organisation's Enterprise Resource Planning system, ensuring users can work effectively and business processes run smoothly.
