This is a unique opportunity to become the recognised Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint and M365, driving best practice in information management, collaboration, governance, and user experience. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of critical programmes, ensuring our digital platforms remain secure, scalable, user-focused, and aligned with organisational objectives. Working closely with senior leaders, digital specialists, information security professionals, and external partners, you will champion innovative ways of working while helping to create a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing As the Systems & SharePoint Manager, you will: * Own and lead the technical roadmap for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 * Drive the architecture, configuration, governance, and optimisation of collaboration platforms * Develop and implement information management standards, retention policies, and governance frameworks * Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and information security best practice * Act as the primary point of contact and technical authority for SharePoint and M365 * Collaborate with Digital, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Information Management teams to deliver aligned solutions * Enhance user experience through training, engagement, adoption initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes * Develop knowledge management approaches, including taxonomies, metadata structures, and knowledge repositories * Build strong relationships with Microsoft specialists, consultants, and industry networks * Champion a collaborative culture that promotes knowledge sharing, transparency, and operational excellence, This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on how information, knowledge, and collaboration are managed across a high-profile and ambitious programme.
