Support customers with the collation, extraction, cleansing, and import of their data into Uptick using Excel and Google Sheets. * System configuration. Configure customer workspaces to suit their internal workflows and industry requirements. * Product training. Train the customer's team to use Uptick in their daily roles, driving strong adoption across our core modules in the critical phase after go live. * Project management. Deliver implementation projects on time, keeping momentum so customers have the best chance of adopting Uptick successfully. * Data and systems. Keep our internal systems up to date with key project dates, notes, and information for reporting and continuity. * Relationship management.
