Ideally, you'll have: * Experience in a Modern Workplace or End User Computing role * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and device lifecycle management * Experience with Windows 10/11, Autopilot, and modern deployment methodologies * Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Phone and/or contact centre platforms * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive) * Understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), identity, and access management * Knowledge of endpoint security, patching, and compliance best practices * Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation (desirable) * Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset * Ability to manage workloads effectively and remain calm under pressure * A flexible approach and willingness to support multiple sites where required ## Description We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our IT Modern Workplace team in Haydock. You'll play a key role in shaping and supporting our modern workplace environment, ensuring colleagues can collaborate effectively, work securely, and stay productive wherever they are.
