supervision and support to IT staff, identifying development needs, and designing and delivering system training for end-users across the organisation. Governance & Risk Management: Ensuring system security, asset management, and compliance with information governance policies, applicable legislation, and audit requirements. Essential Criteria Candidates must meet the following requirements by the closing date to be considered for the role: Possess a university degree (or equivalent professional qualification) in ICT, Systems Development, Computing, or a relevant subject, plus at least 2 years of experience in a Systems Manager role. Proven experience in managing and upgrading IT systems, with the capability to troubleshoot advanced technical issues. Possess a full, current UK driving licence or access to a form of transport enabling full fulfillment of job requirements. (adjustments possible) Core Requirements Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and manage complex workloads
