 * Solid understanding of SAP project lifecycle:
 * SIT, UAT, Regression Testing
 * Cutover
 * Hypercare
 * Experience working with global/offshore teams
 * Strong executive communication skills
 * Ability to perform under pressure
 * Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
 * Skilled in stakeholder management in complex environments
 * Advanced English (mandatory)

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP ECC rollout and upgrade projects in an international environment with clients based in the U.S. and Mexico., * Lead end-to-end SAP ECC rollout and upgrade projects

 * Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, cutover, and hypercare
 * Coordinate functional, technical, integration, and business workstreams
 * Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
 * Manage executive-level stakeholders in global environments
 * Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
 * Resolve cross-team conflicts and avoid unnecessary escalations
 * Ensure proper prioritization of client requirements
 * Maintain clear and structured communication with global teams and clients
