Skills & Experience Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.Expert-level ServiceNow development and technical architecture experience.Proven experience operating within a Technical Design Authority (TDA) or Architecture Governance function.Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and business leaders.At least five years leading, mentoring and developing ServiceNow technical teams.Strong experience implementing technical governance, architecture reviews and coding standards.Advanced JavaScript development and scripting expertise.Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and enterprise integrations.SQL and integration design experience.Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.Experience delivering solutions across multiple ServiceNow product lines such as ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, HRSD, CSM and SPM. Certifications Ideally you'll hold: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).Five or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.Certified System Administrator (CSA).
