Experience Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in IT solution design, systems engineering, or technical consulting (MSP experience strongly preferred). + Extensive knowledge of mainstream virtualization technologies + Extensive knowledge in mainstream cloud infrastructure + Moderate knowledge in mainstream VDI and remote environments + Extensive experience with PSA and RMM tools common in MSP environments. + Strong understanding of managed services operations, SLAs, and recurring revenue models. + Moderate experience deploying enterprise networks and remote desktop services (Citrix/Microsoft). + Moderate knowledge of SQL, backup/disaster recovery/business continuity * 4+ years of pre-sales/solutions design expertise and technical sales acumen. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for varied audiences. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ## Description The Senior Solutions Architect provides advanced technical leadership and strategic solution design across the Professional Services organization. This role is responsible for defining and governing architectural standards, leading enterprise-scale solution initiatives, and serving as a top-tier advisor to clients and internal teams.
