Key QualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional experience, including significant expertise in SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding and a good understanding of related modules. Candidates with experience of the SmartRecruiters solution would also be considered.SuccessFactors Certification in Recruitment and Onboarding is required; additional certifications in modules such Employee Central, Performance and Goals would be advantageous.Proven ability to design and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.A good understanding of data migration, configuration, and reporting tools, such as SuccessFactors People Stories.
Required Skills / Attributes:Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding, including hands-on configuration, integration and testing.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Team-oriented, with a willingness to mentor and collaborate with others.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively members and foster a collaborative team environment.Self-starter with a passion for learning and applying new innovations, particularly in the area of AI and next-generation talent technology.
