monitoring. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication skills and fluent English. Nice to have: - Experience in utility, customer information, billing, payment, or energy-sector platforms. - Knowledge of platforms such as SAP Utilities, Oracle Utilities, Kraken Technologies, or Hansen.
