## About the Role

+ Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
 + Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator Associate, or Teams Administrator Associate are an advantage
 + Understanding of IT security principles and a risk-based security-by-design approach
 + Experience with OnPrem Skype for Business infrastructures and ideally SIP/SBC solutions such as Audiocodes
 + Strong hands-on mindset, collaborative approach, and enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies
 + Proficient English skills; ideally, you also have some knowledge of German

What you will do:

 + Engineer and maintain Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services with a focus on security, availability, and reliability
 + Administer, support, and configure enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments
 + Support and optimize Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications infrastructure
 + Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 and Teams-related technical issues
 + Contribute to the development and expansion of the Axpo Microsoft 365 and Azure platform
 + Support the transition from on-premises environments, such as Skype for Business, to Microsoft 365 cloud services, About the team: You will join an international and collaborative team that values knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.
