## About the Role

Engagement*** Maintains healthy relations with unions and internal stakeholders, representing HR in site committees.* Drives the "5 Axes" methodology and "V5000" assessments to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.* Leads the site communication plan, managing newsletters, flash news, and corporate cascading.**Health, Safety & Well-being*** Ensures strict adherence to safety rules and participates in Health/Safety/Environment actions.* Leads the Well-being Committee and manages "unfitness" cases through workplace adaptations.**HR Excellence & Administration*** Oversees payroll validation, time attendance (vacations, overtime), and ensures data accuracy across HR systems.* Manages both permanent and temporary staffing levels to meet production demands.**Requirements for the position:**- Business & Administration Degree or Master or similar estudies- Google Drive and programing skills.- Passionate about HR topics.- Be result-oriented commitment to teamwork within an
