* 3+ years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or 2nd Line Support experience.
 * Strong experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
 * Experience with Entra ID/Active Directory, Intune, and basic network troubleshooting.
 * Familiarity with ITIL service management and ticketing systems (JIRA preferred).
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
 * Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Provide onsite technical support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networking, and user accounts.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and connectivity issues.
 * Support employee onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management.
 * Manage incidents and service requests through JIRA ITSM.
 * Coordinate with global IT teams and third-party vendors on escalated issues and IT projects.
 * Maintain IT documentation and identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience.
