* 3-5+ years of professional graphic design and web design experience (agency experience is a big plus).
 * A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web UI design, digital marketing assets, and brand systems.
 * Proficiency in modern design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
 * Strong foundation in typography, color theory, grid systems, and user experience (UX) principles.
 * A collaborative mindset-you value team feedback, open communication, and shared creative decision-making.
 * Proven ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

Work Location & Attendance Standards:

 * 100% In-Office: This is a full-time, in-person position at our San Antonio studio. We operate in person because real-time collaboration and hands-on creativity build the best results for our clients.

## Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Brand & Web Designer to join our team in-office. In this role, you will bring solid design expertise to client websites, brand identities, and digital marketing assets. You'll work collaboratively alongside agency leadership and our core team-who will provide overall strategic guidance and direction-to translate creative concepts into polished, high-performing digital experiences., * Develop creative concepts and visual designs for custom websites, landing pages, and email campaigns in collaboration with team leadership.

 * Design digital marketing assets, including social media creatives, ad campaign graphics, sales presentations, and brand collateral.
 * Follow established brand guidelines and take strategic feedback from leadership to continuously elevate client work.
 * Present design concepts and completed deliverables to clients in person or via video calls, working with the team to articulate creative choices clearly.
 * Perform routine website content updates and asset swaps across active client sites.
 * Collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams for seamless project handoffs.
