 * Experience designing and building APIs.
 * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

 * Maintain and improve a global-scale message queuing service.
 * Ship new features and product improvements.
 * Improve reliability, performance, and delivery guarantees.

 * Write design documents to propose and communicate solutions.
 * Improve message buffering and delivery behavior.
 * Improve producer and consumer scalability under load.
