(YMFC-US) has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Product Support Analyst I to join our Technology team in Kennesaw, GA. This role serves as the first point of contact for technical support across YMFC-US financial technology platforms, providing front-line application support for internal business users and external clients. The Technical Product Support Analyst I is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, administering user access and system configurations, supporting application releases, and partnering with technical and business teams to ensure platform stability, operational efficiency, and an exceptional user experience.
