Occasionally, the person in this position is required to move/traverse inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. The person in this position regularly communicates with others in person, by phone, or by correspondence. This position will also require walking across the airport/services for auditing reasons. ## Description The HRIS Director provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of the Human Resources Information Systems function across Grupo Eulen USA. This role is responsible for the architecture, optimization, compliance, and long-term sustainability of all HR technology platforms.
