 * Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and ServiceNow.
 * Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
 * IT certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL ., * Do you have 3-5 years of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience ?
 * Do you have experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and ServiceNow?
 * Do you have basic knowledge of networking, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting?
 * Do you have IT certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL ?
 * Do you have Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science ?

## Description

We are hiring an IT Service Delivery Technician I to provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role involves troubleshooting technical problems, deploying IT equipment, managing user accounts, supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, and ensuring excellent customer service for internal employees., * Provide first-level IT help desk support for hardware, software, and network issues.

 * Respond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner.
 * Install, configure, and deploy computers, printers, mobile devices, VoIP phones, and other IT equipment.
 * Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Active Directory and Azure AD.
 * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, and basic networking issues.
 * Support end users with technical questions and system-related issues.
 * Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
 * Monitor device performance and escalate complex issues when needed.
 * Assist with IT projects, hardware upgrades, and asset management.
 * Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data privacy standards.
