## About the Role

CompTIA Security+ certification required.

Certified in computer repair, hardware/software installation and maintenance as well as local area network operations, installation and repair.

Minimum of two years' experience in installing software and setting up computers in large scale environments such as military units, college, or commercial enterprises.

Security Clearance required: Secret; Eligible for TS-SCI (Required), * IT Specialist: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

## Description

Serve as Desktop Support Administrator (Help Desk) on multiple networks (both secured and unsecured) for SOATB.

Operate and maintain accurate and detailed logs of help desk tickets/resolutions. Respond to user service requests and expediently resolve trouble tickets. Work with service desk tools/systems to establish network user accounts, permissions, and manage user records. Provide network/desktop support and resolution of help desk tickets.

Provide customer communication at a level of understanding to ensure a successful outcome. Accurately identify user needs and provide effective solutions by using their technical, analytical, and communication skills. Respond to queries in person, over the phone, or via remote access.

Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain multi-vendor printers to include Lexmark, OKI, and HP. Deliver printing solutions and peripherals, e.g., scanners/ copiers, digital senders, and fax machines. Offer on-going end-user training on equipment.
