## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit, IT-Security oder Compliance.
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau oder der Weiterentwicklung eines Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems, idealerweise nach ISO 27001.
 * Verständnis moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse sowie Interesse daran, Informationssicherheit frühzeitig in der Produktentwicklung zu verankern.
 * Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder für Informationssicherheit zu begeistern.
 * Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit BSI C5 oder NIS2 gesammelt oder verfügst über eine Zertifizierung wie ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, CISM oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1) für eine reibungslose Kommunikation

* Die Weiterentwicklung unseres Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) - von Risikoanalysen über Richtlinien bis hin zu Audits und Zertifizierungen.
 * Die Beratung unserer Fachbereiche und Entwicklungsteams bei Informationssicherheits- und Secure-Development-Themen sowie die Begleitung sicherheitsrelevanter Projekte.
 * Die Steuerung von Schwachstellenmanagement, Security Assessments und der Behandlung von Sicherheitsvorfällen.
 * Die Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Customer Success bei Security-Fragebögen, Kundenaudits und weiteren Informationssicherheitsanforderungen.
 * Die Koordination datenschutzrelevanter Themen als Schnittstelle zu unserem externen Datenschutzbeauftragten, perspektivisch mit Verantwortung für weitere angrenzende Managementsysteme
 * Die Weiterentwicklung unserer Security Awareness und einer Sicherheitskultur, die im Arbeitsalltag gelebt wird.
