Sicherstellung einer hohen Verfügbarkeit und Stabilität der Applikationslandschaft
Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Anwendersupport bei Störungen und technischen Problemen
Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Software-Updates und -Upgrades
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
