 * Absichern von Datenbeständen durch Backup-Strategien und Pflege von Wiederherstellungsprozessen
 * Unterstützen von Fachbereichen bei Installation und Konfiguration von Anwendersoftware
 * Mitwirken bei IT-Projekten zur Anforderungsaufnahme und Implementierung neuer Lösungen
 * Pflegen der Inventar- und Vertragsübersichten sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister
