 * Erstellen von Analysen, Reports und Dashboards zur Unterstützung betrieblicher Entscheidungen
 * Mitwirken an Backup- und Recovery- sowie IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Anwendungskontext
 * Koordinieren externer Dienstleister und Abstimmen von Schnittstellenlieferungen
 * Pflegen von Stammdaten und Erstellen klarer Prozess- und Systemdokumentationen
 * Unterstützen von Anwendern und Key-Usern durch Schulungen und First-/Second-Level-Support
 * Einbringen in bereichsübergreifende Verbesserungsinitiativen zur Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
