## Description

* Teamführung & -entwicklung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des gesamten, hochqualifizierten Tech-Teams (~25 Personen aus Fullstack, Frontend, Java, QA, DevOps und Data Science/AI).
 * Strukturen schaffen: Optimierung der bisherigen Berichtswege (Entlastung des COO), Zentralisierung von Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen sowie Optimierung des Onboardings.
 * Coaching: Implementierung klarer Karrierepfade und gezielte Ausbildung von aktuell 3 High-Potential-Entwicklern für zukünftige Personalverantwortung.
 * Strategische KI-Erweiterung: Technologische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens durch den strategischen Ausbau des AI/ML-Kompetenzfelds (Produkt & internes Tooling) in Zusammenarbeit mit einer bestehenden Task Force.
