## Description

* Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anfragen (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Unterstützung der Anwender:innen bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen - remote und vor Ort
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen, Endgeräten und Peripherie (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker etc.)
 * Benutzerverwaltung und Rechtevergabe in Windows-Umgebungen (z.B. Active Directory)
 * Pflege der IT-Dokumentation und Bearbeitung im Ticketsystem
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen, Anwendungen und Updates
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten (z.B. Rollouts, Migrationen, Systemwechsel)
