* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer gesamten IT-Infrastruktur an 10 Standorten
 * Einrichtung und Administration von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern, Smartphones und weiterer Hardware
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 * Administration und Überwachung unseres Unternehmensnetzwerks
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze und Benutzerkonten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Softwarepartnern
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten zur Digitalisierung des Unternehmens
 * Entwicklung und Einführung innovativer Lösungen, insbesondere im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) und Automatisierung (z. B. Telefonanlage, interne Prozesse oder Wissensmanagement)
