 * Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, in der Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie im Change Management
 * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie weltweite Reisebereitschaft (ca. 25 %)

## Description

* Leitung internationaler KI- und Automatisierungsprojekte - von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung und Skalierung
 * Identifikation, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von AI- und Automatisierungs-Use-Cases in den Bereichen Supplier Quality, Procurement und weiteren Business Units
 * Steuerung von Projekten hinsichtlich Roadmaps, Business Cases, KPIs, Ressourcen, Risiken sowie Termin- und Budgeteinhaltung
 * Koordination interdisziplinärer und internationaler Teams sowie Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in skalierbare digitale Lösungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Pilotierung und Einführung von Generativer KI, Workflow-Automatisierung und datengetriebenen Anwendungen
 * Sicherstellung einer sicheren, verantwortungsvollen und nachhaltigen Einführung von KI-Lösungen sowie Förderung datenbasierter Entscheidungen
