Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: + Experience in healthcare enrollment, billing, reconciliation, or operational reporting preferred. + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis. + Working knowledge of SQL and reporting/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail. + Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with a sense of urgency, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. ## Description The **Enrollment Data Analyst III** is responsible for supporting daily enrollment and billing operations, including automated enrollment file updates, member reconciliation, reporting analysis, and resolution of complex enrollment issues for assigned markets.
