## Description

* Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur im Unternehmensverbund
 * Administration von Windows Servern und Windows Clients
 * Betreuung von Hard- und Software (Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, Backups, Zutrittskontrollen etc.)
 * Verwaltung von Nutzerrechten und Softwarelizenzen
 * Administration unseres ERP-Systems (ProAlpha, Infor) sowie SQL-Datenbanken
 * Beschaffung von Hard- und Software entsprechend internen Anforderungen
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Client-Hardware, Software, Netzwerkkomponenten und Druckern
 * Anwenderbetreuung, Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting im Unternehmen
 * Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
 * Sporadische Anwesenheit an unserem Standort in Wittenberg möglich
