## Description

* Ticketbearbeitung sowie Annahme und Weiterverfolgung von Soft- und Hardwarestörungen im Supportteam der IT
 * Selbstständige Analyse, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Incidents und Serviceanfragen im 1st Level und On Site Support
 * Verwaltung von Hardware sowie Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Equipment (z. B. Computer, Drucker, Telefon) inkl. User- und Assetmanagement
 * Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen sowie Erstellung von Tutorials und / oder Videoanleitungen
 * Unterstützung von IT-Projekten aller Art
