## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Digitalisierungsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Betriebssystemen, Microsoft Office, Netzwerktechnik sowie im Hardwareumfeld
 * Erfahrung im Second-Level-Support sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Remote-Support-Lösungen
 * Kenntnisse in der Softwareverteilung, idealerweise mit Matrix42 Empirum
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Führerschein der Klasse B
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

## Description

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden sowie der zugeordneten Außenstellen und Tochtergesellschaften im Second-Level-Support
 * Bearbeitung, Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen sowie Serviceanfragen
 * Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs im Client-Umfeld
 * Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 * Ansprechpartner für komplexe IT-Anfragen im Second-Level-Support
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen sowie Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
 * Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Supportprozessen
