 * Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Pflege von Kundenangeboten
 * Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen, Kontrakten, Lieferplänen sowie elektronischem Datenaustausch (EDI) und Terminaufträgen
 * Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auslieferung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regional Sales Management (RSM) sowie internen Fachabteilungen
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Stammdaten im System
 * Telefonische Kundenakquise sowie professionelle Bearbeitung der schriftlichen Kundenkorrespondenz
