 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs der TK-Infrastruktur inklusive Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Planung, Umsetzung und Begleitung von Telekommunikationsprojekten sowie technische Weiterentwicklung der Kommunikationssysteme
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Telekommunikationsprovider sowie Überwachung von Wartungsverträgen, Lizenzen und Service Levels
 * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen sowie Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheits-, Compliance- und Betriebsanforderungen
