* Vom First Level Support weitergeleitete Anfragen klassifizieren und systematisch abarbeiten
 * Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen vom 1st Level Support und 3rd Level Support
 * Dokumentation, Fehleranalyse und -behebung der anfallenden Störungsmeldungen
 * Bei schwierigeren technischen Fehlern koordinieren Sie die Vorgänge über die interne Weiterleitung an die Kollegen
 * Planung und Durchführung der theoretischen und praktischen Weiterbildung
