 * Organisationstalent mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verständnis für gruppenweite Zusammenhänge
 * Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Teams oder Projekten
 * Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität

## Description

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des gruppenweiten IT-Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Manager der DATABAU Holding
 * Koordination und Betreuung der IT-Systeme aller verbundenen Gesellschaften (8 Entities, ~1.500 Mitarbeitende) gemeinsam mit den lokalen Administratoren
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und effizienten IT-Betriebs über alle Standorte hinweg
 * Verantwortung für die Microsoft-365-Umgebung (User- und Lizenzmanagement, Entra ID, Endpoint Manager, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online)
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Automatisierungen, Workflows und PowerApps innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
 * Steuerung und Bündelung von IT-Beschaffungen, Dienstleistern und Rahmenverträgen
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten, z. B. Cloud-Migration, Prozessautomatisierung oder DMS-Einführung
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Security- und Compliance-Standards innerhalb der Gruppe
 * Mitwirkung bei der IT-Strategieentwicklung und Definition von gruppenweiten IT-Standards
 * Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Jira / Confluence zur Ticket-, Projekt- und Wissensverwaltung
