## About the Role

* Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Release Management oder Release Engineering und hast Software-Releases in regulierten Umgebungen erfolgreich verantwortet.
 * Zu Deinen Stärken gehören Release-Strategie, Governance und die Steuerung komplexer Releases über mehrere Produkte hinweg.
 * Regulatorische Qualitätsmanagement- und Freigabeanforderungen wie MDR, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 und IEC 62304 sind Dir bestens vertraut.
 * Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in CI/CD, Release-Automatisierung und Deployment-Orchestrierung und setzt diese sicher in der Praxis ein.
 * Du kennst Dich mit Anwendungsarchitekturen, APIs sowie Umgebungs- und Konfigurationsmanagement aus und berücksichtigst die Anforderungen von Cloud-/SaaS- und On-Premise-Umgebungen in Deiner Release-Planung.
 * Release-Entscheidungsmeetings moderierst Du souverän (auch unter regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen) und begleitest Go-/No-Go-Entscheidungen.
 * Du entwickelst Release-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter, definierst aussagekräftige Kennzahlen und trägst aktiv zur Optimierung des Release Managements bei.
 * Idealerweise ergänzt Du Dein Profil durch Erfahrung mit Container- und Deployment-Technologien.
