 * Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und Bereitschaft, sich eigenständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Führerschein der Klasse B

## Description

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden sowie der zugeordneten Außenstellen und Tochtergesellschaften im Second-Level-Support
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Betriebs im Client-Umfeld
 * Analyse, Bearbeitung und Behebung technischer Störungen und Serviceanfragen
 * Fehlerdiagnose und nachhaltige Problemlösung im operativen IT-Betrieb
 * Ansprechpartner für Anwender im Second-Level-Support
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der IT-Serviceprozesse
