 * Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von technischen Supportanfragen sowie Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
 * Konfiguration von CallFlows, Rufweiterleitungen und KI-Anbindungen
 * Mitwirkung bei Roll-Outs, sowohl remote als auch vor Ort bei Kunden
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in VoIP-Setups, Netzwerkkomponenten und Endgeräten (z. B. IP-Telefone, Router, Switches)
 * Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Supportprozesse und technischer Standards
 * Technische Beratung interner Teams (z. B. Sales, Projektmanagement)
