 * Gestaltung von Daten- und Prozessmodellen für das Case Management, SLAs, Knowledge und Servicekataloge nach Best Practices und CSDM-Standards
 * Konzeption und Steuerung von Integrationen zu CRM-, ERP-, POS-, E-Commerce-, Contact-Center- und Identity-Systemen
 * Fachliche Begleitung der Umsetzung über IntegrationHub und REST-Schnittstellen
 * Sicherstellung von Dokumentation, Wissenstransfer und Enablement der beteiligten Teams
