 * Installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Hardware und Standardsoftware
 * Überwachst Systemverfügbarkeit, führst Fehleranalysen durch und behebst Störungen im First-Level-Support
 * Dokumentierst technische Lösungen und erstellst verständliche Anleitungen für Nutzer:innen
 * Unterstützt Datensicherungs- und IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und setzt Datenschutzanforderungen um
 * Arbeitest in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit und bringst Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung ein
