 * Koordinieren des Schnittstellenmanagements zwischen Anwendungen und Fachabteilungen
 * Unterstützen von Fachbereichen und Key-Usern durch praxisnahe Lösungen und Schulungen
 * Analysieren von Geschäftsprozessen und Ableiten von Automatisierungs- oder Optimierungsmaßnahmen
 * Unterstützen bei IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Umsetzung
 * Erstellen klarer Projektdokumentationen und Statusberichte sowie Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
