As a Sr. Backend Engineer, you will serve as a primary technical architect and leader driving the long-term evolution of our employee management platform, shift scheduling systems, labor tracking mechanics, and enterprise payroll/workforce management integrations. You will partner closely with Principal Engineers, Infrastructure, Product, and Design leadership to define technical roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and solve complex scalability challenges across our global backend ecosystem.
