Preferred Qualifications * CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar vendor certifications. * Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS). * Experience with VoIP systems, backup/disaster recovery solutions, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools. * Prior MSP experience supporting multiple clients across varied industries. ## Description The Level 2 Network Technician/Administrator serves as an escalation point for Level 1 support, handling more complex network, server, and systems issues across multiple client environments. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with proactive network administration, working within our ticketing and remote monitoring systems to resolve issues efficiently and identify opportunities to improve client environments.
