This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for applications including AD Audit, AD Self Service, CourseArc, Deep Freeze, Dentrix, testing software (e.g., PearsonVUE and NetSupport), Remote Desktop Services, and Active Directory file services. The position also provides secondary support for systems such as Alertus, UPS infrastructure, surveillance and access control systems, Dynamic Forms Exchange, SFTP, Proxsafe, Microsoft SQL, Tanium, StaffMap, CrowdStrike, and Veeam Backup and Replication., 35% - Server, Systems, and Infrastructure Administration: Maintains and supports physical and virtual servers, operating systems, applications, and core IT infrastructure.
