Nice to haves: * Experience with financial systems, ledgering systems, or trading systems at scale. * Experience building internal tooling or admin platforms that serve operational teams. * You have gone through rapid growth in your company (from 10 to 100s of engineers). * Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services. ## Description As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the technical strategy and architecture for the Finhub Tooling platform. You will balance high-volume individual contribution with anchoring new initiatives, driving technical direction across the team, and mentoring engineers.
