Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with routers, switches, or other networking equipment. * Exposure to Linux operating systems through coursework, labs, or personal projects. * Basic understanding of VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, or network security concepts. * Experience using ticketing systems or IT service management tools. * CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or similar certifications are a plus but not required. ## Description We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Irving, Texas (USA). In this role, you will support the Networks team by troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and assisting with the configuration and operation of Teltonika networking products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in networking or IT support who is eager to learn and develop technical expertise in a fast-growing global IoT organization. Teltonika's Networking Solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices support customers in Industry 4.0, Smart City, Green Energy, and other critical infrastructure applications around the world.
