## Description

Join a fast-paced healthcare technology environment supporting a major workstation refresh and end-user technology deployment initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, desktop deployments, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

 * Configure, image, and deploy 60-80 desktop and laptop systems
 * Perform workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configuration
 * Transfer user data from legacy devices to new systems
 * Install and support Microsoft Office, Citrix, printers, and related peripherals
 * Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues involving hardware, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones, and connectivity
 * Maintain clean, organized workstation installations with proper cable management
 * Document and manage support requests using ServiceNow
 * Provide basic end-user guidance during equipment rollouts and installations
